By accessing or using RedditGrow ("Service"), operated by RedditGrow ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You may not share account credentials with third parties or create accounts on behalf of others without their express consent.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for all content you post on Reddit through it. You agree that you will not:
Violation of these acceptable use standards may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
RedditGrow offers three paid subscription tiers: Starter, Growth, and Agency. Current pricing is displayed at redditgrow.com/#pricing. All prices are in USD and billed monthly.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial with no charge.
The RedditGrow platform, including its software, design, logos, and content created by us, is owned by RedditGrow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use RedditGrow branding or trademarks.
Content you submit to the Service (product descriptions, landing page URLs, approved responses) remains yours. You grant RedditGrow a limited licence to process and display this content solely to provide the Service.
AI-generated response drafts are provided as a starting point for your review and editing. You are responsible for any content you publish on Reddit, regardless of whether it was drafted with AI assistance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sections 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, depending on your location and applicable consumer protection regulations.
We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email or in-app notification. The updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
