Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedditGrow ("Service"), operated by RedditGrow ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedditGrow is a B2B SaaS platform that helps founders and marketers identify and engage potential customers on Reddit. The Service includes:

• AI-powered detection of relevant Reddit posts and conversations
• AI-generated response drafts for review and approval
• Reddit account warm-up tools and content roadmap generation
• Analytics and performance tracking across your target subreddits
• Posting queue management with safety and rate-limit controls

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account
• Notify us immediately at support@redditgrow.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not share account credentials with third parties or create accounts on behalf of others without their express consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for all content you post on Reddit through it. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or content that violates Reddit's User Agreement or individual subreddit rules
• Engage in automated mass posting that exceeds safe rate limits or circumvents Reddit's anti-spam systems
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other Reddit users
• Post misleading, false, or deceptive content, including undisclosed commercial endorsements where disclosure is required
• Attempt to manipulate Reddit votes, karma, or community metrics artificially
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission from RedditGrow

Violation of these acceptable use standards may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

RedditGrow offers three paid subscription tiers: Starter, Growth, and Agency. Current pricing is displayed at redditgrow.com/#pricing. All prices are in USD and billed monthly.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial with no charge.

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. Your payment method will be charged on the same date each month.
• All billing is processed by Stripe. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Billing section of the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who cancel within 30 days of their first paid charge.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods beyond the 30-day guarantee window.

6. Intellectual Property

The RedditGrow platform, including its software, design, logos, and content created by us, is owned by RedditGrow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use RedditGrow branding or trademarks.

Content you submit to the Service (product descriptions, landing page URLs, approved responses) remains yours. You grant RedditGrow a limited licence to process and display this content solely to provide the Service.

AI-generated response drafts are provided as a starting point for your review and editing. You are responsible for any content you publish on Reddit, regardless of whether it was drafted with AI assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• RedditGrow does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
• RedditGrow is not liable for any Reddit account bans, suspensions, or penalties resulting from your use of the Service, even where those actions arise from AI-generated content you approved and published.
• In no event shall RedditGrow's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to RedditGrow in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• RedditGrow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Sections 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, depending on your location and applicable consumer protection regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email or in-app notification. The updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
